Official Rules
The following Official Rules govern all who enter the Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag “Essential TAG Party” Sweepstakes, “Essential SPLASH Party” Sweepstakes, “Waterpark Passes” Sweepstakes and “Laser Tag Passes” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. In order to be eligible to win a prize in this Promotion, you must first enter according to these Rules. In entering this Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound hereunder and to abide by all of the Rules listed herein. Your entry signifies your full acceptance and complete agreement with all of these Rules.
1. Introduction
Your e-mail address and entry information will never be given or sold to any third party or entity. Also, by entering this Promotion, you give us permission to contact by phone, mail, e-mail, or Facebook message.
2. Eligibility
a) The Promotion consists of a “Essential TAG Party” Sweepstakes, “Essential SPLASH Party” Sweepstakes, “Waterpark Passes” Sweepstakes and “Laser Tag Passes” Sweepstakes (a random-draw sweepstakes “Sweepstakes”). The Promotion is only open to a legal resident of the United States who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, or legal resident of Canada (except the province of Quebec), who has reached the legal age of majority in his/her province/territory of residence, and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
b) Employees of Central Lakes Lodging, LLC (the “Sponsor”), or their parent and affiliate companies, service agencies, suppliers, or advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
c) Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Timing
a) The Promotion begins October 1, 2019 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends January 5, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (CT).
b) To be eligible for the weekly prize, entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on:

Sunday, 12/1/19 for the Week 7 prize: Essential TAG Party
Sunday, 12/8/19 for the Week 8 prize: Essential SPLASH Party
Sunday, 12/15/19 for the Week 9 prize: Laser Tag Passes
Sunday, 12/22/19 for the Week 10 prize: Waterpark Passes
Sunday, 12/29/19 for the Week 11 prize: Essential TAG Party
Sunday, 1/5/20 for the Week 12 prize: Essential SPLASH Party
c) Entries received midnight or after the weekly deadline will be entered into the following week prize.
4. How to Enter
a) To Enter the Sweepstakes: Go to https://www.brainerdhi.com (“Website”), read and accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to register. No skill or Contest is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Simply completing the registration form makes you eligible for the multiple random drawings. This Web page entry form is the only means of entering this Promotion. Attempting to enter by any other means will result in an invalid entry. You will earn one (1) entry into the random Sweepstakes drawing after registering. One (1) entry per week per person is permitted. The “authorized account holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry shall determine the entrant. Multiple individual’s entries from the same e-mail address will void all entries from that e-mail address; the entrant of that e-mail address may be disqualified. Released Parties (as defined in Section 8, below) are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Selections of Winners
a) Winners shall be determined by weekly random drawings conducted from all eligible entries and will be notified by Facebook or email. THE ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF VALID ENTRIES RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF EACH DRAWING. (A “Valid Entry” is an entry that is entered in accordance with the Rules of this Promotion).
b) Only one (1) prize will be awarded to any one household. Upon winning any prize herein, any other members of the same household or address shall be disqualified from winning any other prize(s) in this Promotion.
c) The drawing will be conducted by Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag, the judges of this, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this. Winners will be notified by e-mail and or Facebook.
6. Prizes
Twelve (12) Sweepstakes prizes.
a) Week 1, 5, 9: Four Laser Tag Passes. Expires May 30, 2020. Approximate Retail Value: $32
b) Week 2, 6, 10: Four Waterpark Passes. Expires May 30, 2020. Approximate Retail Value: $80
c) Week 3, 7, 11: Essential TAG Party – Includes 8 games of Laser Tag, $40 Arcade Cards, two large one topping pizzas, two pitchers of pop. Expires May 30, 2020. Approximate Retail Value: $168
d) Week 4, 8, 12: Essential SPLASH Party. Includes 8 Waterpark Passes, $40 Arcade Cards, two large one topping pizzas, two pitchers of pop. Expires May 30, 2020. Approximate Retail Value: $176
e) All Prizes are subject to availability. Advance reservations are required. Restrictions and blackout periods may apply.
f) Waterpark Passes, Laser Tag Passes and One-night stay prizes may be date specific time frames only and must be used on those specific dates mentioned in the Sweepstake drawing.
g) TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED – Transportation to and from Three Bear Waterpark and Cragun’s Laser Tag from the winners’ point of origin is not included in the prize. Winners are responsible for their own transportation from their point of origin to Three Bear Waterpark and Cragun’s Laser.
7. Prize Acceptance
a) The prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash redemption allowed.
b) By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winners further agrees to release Three Bear Waterpark and Cragun’s Laser Tag, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Winners participation in this, or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in prize-related activities.
c) By accepting the Prize, the Winner further acknowledges that the Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to prize or to any portion thereof, including, but not limited to, its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.
d) Each getaway Prize Winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes.
e) In the case of unavailability of any prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Sponsors
Sponsor of the promotion is Central Lakes Lodging, LLC DBA Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag.
9. General Provisions
a) The Promotion is subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. By entering and/or accepting prizes, entrants/prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these official rules.
b) Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only.
c) Promotion parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incorrectly addressed or incomplete online entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or on-line entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers or computer equipment.
d) Promotion parties are not responsible for entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at a Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other entrant’s computer related to or resulting from entering
the Promotion or downloading any material for the Promotion, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate.
e) Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the winning of a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives.
f) Entrants who violate these Official Rules or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, this or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Promotion.
g) If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then the Sponsor reserve the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the and shall not be required to award substitute prizes.
h) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
10. Privacy Policy & Our Publication of Winner Information
As a prize winner herein, you agree to the use by Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag, of your name and photograph in the prize winners’ lists and for other promotional purposes to be determined by Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag. Your photograph, full name, city and state of residence, face, voice and/or likeness may be used in print or on the air as we deem appropriate and entering and/or accepting any prize, you hereby grant us the right to do so without further notice to you. Information such as your telephone number and street address will not be made public. Winners further specifically agree that use by Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag of their name, voice, face or likeness or use of their descriptions in any way and through any means now known or later devised, will not be deemed a violation of their privacy or individual intellectual property rights. The validity and operation of this rule will continue past the duration of the Promotion and will survive (and winners agree to be bound by this rule) in perpetuity.
11. Revision of Rules
Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag reserve the right to modify these Rules at any time during this Promotion.
12. Winners List
For the names of the Prize Winners, available after January 31, 2020, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Three Bear Waterpark & Cragun’s Laser Tag – Sweepstakes, 15739 Audubon Way, Baxter, MN 56425, to be received by February 15, 2020.
