Fall and Winter:

Open Friday through Sunday
Closed Monday through Thursday
Extended hours during school breaks – see Waterpark Calendars below

Things To Know:

• Large Slides include the Blue Tube Slide and Yellow Body Slide. Large Slides close 1/2 hour before Waterpark closure.
• Waterpark is closed 3pm-4pm for cleaning and safety checks; at that time, everyone must exit the waterpark and laser tag facility.
• Waterpark access is included while staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Non Hotel guests are welcome to utilize the waterpark (when waterpark is open).
• Towels are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• We provide FREE lockers, but you should bring your own padlock for locking up valuables or keep in hotel guest room.
• Life jackets are available for all ages.
• All guests utilizing the Three Bear Waterpark will be required to review and sign waiver prior to entry.

Pricing for Waterpark:

• Hotel Guests: Receive up to 2 passes for each sleeping bed for the waterpark that are good through your stay. Need extra bands? We’ve got you covered. Additional bands are available.(Government and Corp travel rates may not include waterpark please inquire with Front Desk)
• Sunday – Thursday $20 plus tax
• Friday – Saturday $30 plus tax
• Dry pass $10 plus tax
